Stewardship of God's Gift

God has given gifts to each of you from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Manage them well so that God's generosity can flow through you. -- 1 Peter 4:10

The gifts that you possess are gifts from the Giver of all things good. Do you have a spiritual gifts? Share it. Do you have a testimony about the things that Christ has done for you? Don't leave the story untold. Do you possess financial resources? Share them. Do you have particular talents? Hone your skills and use them for God's glory.

When you hoard the treasures that God has given you, you live in rebellion against His commandments. But, when you obey God by sharing His gifts freely and without fanfare, you invite Him to bless you more and more. Today, be a faithful steward of your talents and treasures. And then prepare yourself for even greater blessings that are sure to come.
