Introduction

The decision to follow Christ is the biggest, most important decision of your life. But once you've decided to follow Him, you still need daily reminders about God's rules, God's wisdom, and God's Son. So if you are smart you will make a habit of spending time each day with your Creator. When you do, you will soon discover that God will help you make better decisions, decisions that will improve your own life and the lives of your friends and family...

During the next twelve months, try this experiment: Read a devotion each day -- and while you are at it put at least on good thought into your head and heart, and at least one nugget of inspiration for the day. By giving God a few minutes each day, you can change the direction of your thoughts and the quality of your choices.

Your daily devotion time can be habit forming, and should be. The first few minutes of each day are invaluable -- if you treat them that way and offer them to God, you will never regret it.

Jesus Christ is the first and last, author and finisher, beginning and end, alpha and omega, and by Him all other things hold together, He must be first or nothing.
God never comes next!
